Not the highest quality, but definitely good enough for what it is. Customer service was very satisfactory.
I am a medical intern and I chose to stay here for just over 3 weeks during my clinical breaks. As the title states, the hotel is located in a quiet and safe location which was important to me considering the type of neighbourhoods in and around the main tourist areas in Atlantic City. In addition, the staff is very friendly and was available to help me with everything from general inquires to suggesting me good places to eat and even providing me with coupons to some nearby restaurants. As for the hotel, it includes almost everything needed for an extended stay including microwave, fridge, high speed internet, TV etc. The rooms are also clean and tidy and seem to be well kept. Overall, with my experience of moving all over south jersey, considering the price, you will not be able to beat the accommodations at this hotel.
If i could give them no stars i would. Me and my husband have been coming here for years. A couple weeks ago we were laying down and out the corner of my eye i saw something move. Turned out to be a bed bug. We pulled the covers back and saw another. Pulled the mattress back and there was a nest of them at the head of the mattress.. We recorded it and took pictures packed up and left around 9 am.. Went to the front desk where we asked for our money back. The woman up front refused and said why did we wait all night to tell them. I told her this is the time we found them. She yelled and made rude remarks to us and threatened to call the cops if we didnt leave immediately. We stayed in room 110, which she has and extermination slip for for 3/30/2017, we stayed in the room 4/02/2017 so the room could not have been treated.
This hotel is worth every penny. Room was absolutelly clean, very spacey and with lots of complimentary goods, snack included. Staff is nice and helpful.
Place was clean and convenient. Staff was also really friendly. Would definitely stay here again.
