Bad Internet throughout. Went for a business trip and had so many issues with the internet. I would struggle to get connected at night and struggle to reconnect in the morning. Not Worth the time and headache for work. This hotel at this Location has been removed from my list. Country Inn & Suites usually is better and had just left a previous Country Inn & Suites in PA. Night & Day by comparison! Better Luck somewhere else... I was very disappointed the Country Inn & Suites doesn't do Quality Checks on their Hotels.. !
The room was very nice. The cushion on the luggage stand was a lil torn but did not affect us. The beds were comfortable and the room was very spacious. The jetted garden tub was awesome. Everything worked great. The only reason I gave a 4 is because the pool. The chlorine was so bad you couldn't breath in there and the water was very cloudy. The tub made up for it though and my kids and I didn't mind not being able to use the pool. We will definitely come back again. Thanks for a nice stay.
There seemed to be 2 women who were the housekeepers they were very nice. But there were only 2 and we were there for a week. I asked for extra hangers and the man at the desk looked at me like I was crazy. I went to the dollar store and picked up what I needed. All in all it was great to be there because of my family. I won't stay at that hotel again. Oh and the sheets don't fit the bed. There was not a fitted sheet on the bottom!?!
This hotel was messy, we found left overs from the previous guest. The bathroom Jacuzzi tub had mold and was needed in of repair. I'm guessing the owners also ran the front desk. The were not welcoming at all
Nice place to stay. Free parking. Free breakfast. Calm and quiet. Neat
Staff was pleasant, the free breakfast was good. I enjoyed the lush bathroom set up. My hangup was the cleanliness and that there were no sponges or soap to use in the room. There was no plates, cups or silverware
