I've been with Dr. Williams now for 10+ years. What keeps me going to him is the kind and friendly staff and their willingness to help me and work around my busy schedule. Besides that, Dr. Williams is one of the my personable doctors I've ever had the pleasure of working with. He is so kind, understanding, and truly "gets it". He takes the time to talk with me, understand what is going on with me, and works with me to help make my health the best it can be.
This was my first visit to ladies choice. They came highly recommended by a friend. I was very disappointed. The receptionist was rude. I waited an hour to be taken in the back. Then I sat for 15 minutes in the paper down waiting for the doctor. When she came in I asked what took so long. Instead of apologizing, she made excuses about entering paperwork into the computer. The room was dirty and there was no place to hang my pocketbook or my clothing. When she was finished with the exam she put the dirty speculum in the sink. As a nurse I find this inexcusable.
Dr. Williams is very personable and genuinely cares about his patients' well-being. I highly recommend going to him.
Dr. Williams has been my primary doctor for over ten years. He is incredibly personable, and makes you feel like you matter and he cares. Even though it is rare for me to go to his office any more than once a year, he always remembers me, asks how my mom is doing, my sister too. Really one of the best doctors I've ever had. I moved to Philly a year ago and still am willing to make the drive to see him over finding a new doctor where I live. Funny but not relevant - he totally looks/reminds me of Dr. Richard Webber from Grey's Anatomy
Dr Williams has been my doctor for many years. I'd trust him with my life...and I have.
