Went to this place for chronic pain in limbs and joints. First visit, Doctor was very reassuring. Told me ‘we will get to the bottom of this, no matter what.’ Second visit, Doctor chastised me for wasting his time, and accused me of ‘Doctor shopping’. I’m not looking for pain meds, I’m looking for a diagnosis and help. If you are looking for a rheumatologist, keep looking. Guy obviously doesn’t care.
Horrible customer service!! Horrible care!! Dr doesn't care not does the office staff about the patients. Booked my appt online, received a phone call two days before saying that it was in Middle Twp office... it clearly said Galloway when I booked it. They wouldn't be able to see me for 4 weeks in Galloway The Dr wouldn't write a partial script for my medicine to get me through until I saw him. When I explained this to the women I was speaking to, she had no care or concern that I was going to become non compliant with my RA medicine, made no attempt to put me on the will call list in case someone cancels. She did nothing to try and solve this problem.Trust me you don't want to go here!!!
It was horrible he not only rushed me out his office but he prescribed steroids and didn't even tell me the mgs then he rushed me out office and told me to see him in a month what? Is this guy serious
