My husband and I went for a mystery date to Staying Afloat. We both have stressful jobs and have a hard time sleeping. We thought it might be a neat experience that would lead to some peaceful mindfulness and help us unwind. The owner Jim was very nice and knowledgeable. He took us for a tour. Everything was clean and had a spa like setting. We went into separate suites and spent the entire 1 1/2 hour session in the tank. We both emerged relaxed and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. It's definitely hard to explain what it is like, and I'm sure everyone will have a slightly different experience based on your mindset when going in, but I would really encourage anybody to try it. We will be back!
Did a 90 minute float. Clean facilities and friendly staff. Could use a holder on the wall of the tank for the light ball, also wasn't sure where to put trash/used towel/ear plugs after showering. Great experience, would recommend.
It was an absolute pleasure dealing with the gentleman on the phone booking the appointment, and the woman who gave us our first time session orientation. The facility was well kept and the experience was immaculate. My fiance and I loved the experience and will definitely be back.
This place is awesome and close to anyone in South Jersey. The owner Jim is a great guy and knows his stuff. Anyone trying to get a little peace and quite in their life look no further!
Owner is super friendly and has outfitted the facility with lots of considerations for your comfort. I've been twice already and I intend to keep going. 90 minute sessions are more generous than other float centers.
