This property is a dump! The property management headed by Jon Seddon are incompetent and inconsiderate. They take advantage of the low income and elderly. I have waited months and weeks for basic repairs and more serious repairs alike.
It's unfortunate that people aren't force to live in the properties that they run.
The best rented with them for 15 years and we were treated like family. ♡
I've been living at these property for three years and I basically have to wait weeks / months for basic repairs. I have mold in both my bathrooms for years and they come and paint over the mold water stained vanity instead of swapping it out . This Rental office are very inconsiderate and only want your money but don't want to repairs issues in your condo. I can't wait to move out this place
