This woman named Erica was the worker and she was awful. You can tell she hated her job. She was not helpful and makes you feel stupid while you struggle and create a line. Instead of offering advice, she let me mess up several times just to tell me the needed advice afterwards. It did not help this was my first time sending a package international, if she is working there, expect to hold up others...
