Not a busy day. Had to ask for bread. Did not get dishes for the bread which came after our meals were delivered. Waitress was good. Overall the experience was not as good as usual. The food was Good! Torn between 3 and 4 stars.

Place is gorgeous but the service is pretty darn bad. Takes an hour to get your food, and it is cold when you finally do get it. Also the food is not tasty. Came three times and each time got worse. So even though appearance of the building is really nice, the food and service is pretty bad. We got bread for the table right before the end of the meal when we got out check. Fish and pasta entrees were cold.
I used to love Gourmet, I don’t know what’s going on with their delivery service but the last 3 times they have messed up my order. I ordered buffalo chicken tender medium and a cheese pizza. I received chicken tenders with hot sauce on the side. The pizza was awful, it was rubbery. I won’t be ordering delivery anymore. Sorry gourmet, don’t understand how you can continue to mess up orders.
Came in with large party, service was outstanding and the variety on the menu was surprising. Every meal came out great!! Highly recommend going there!!
