I would give her no stars, however, your service does allow this. Denise Irvin is the worst agent. Her agency has horrible hours. When you need assistance, her staff redirects you to the internet to file the claim. I hate dealing with them. Also, the other person (Dawn) who gave her 5 stars actually works for Denise at her agency.
