I suggest you look around speak to healthcare providers and make the best decision bewteen yourself, doctor and family member.
And the actual level of wrongs & legalities are beyond my taste pallet & belief.
To make matters more egregious a nurse on staff told my wife and i to sign an A.M.A form & have our mother do the same. 'against medical advice' (for the lamin) to have our mother released.
Very unprofessional from various aspects.
And for anyone out there including your staff or online users reading this review, It's not about an apology or we will fix or correct this matter there is a difference when there's a mistake & a certainty when damage has occurred and wrong has been done!
In summary i sincerly, Do Not recommend Royal Suites Healthcare & Rehabilitation or thier provided services.
First, the facility seems sound in structure and secure through various electronic locking systems, the outter appearance, pristine but its what inside that counts.
My Grandma was here several times over the years and she received great care from a loving staff of nurses and techs whom we've come to love as they treated our most valued matriarch like their own. Always friendly always smiling. I can't say enough good about this staff.
Further more, against doctors advice and medical advice she was still in the care of Royal Suites Healthcare System after a clear bill hence only being there for rehabilitation for a week and given the clearance for release which she was not, No one had an answer, after we spoke to her primary doctor personally and various other medical professionals including your staff.
You contradict what it truly is to be in the healthcare field and provide the adequate NJ state requirements & regulations mandates and level of professionalism & compassion to match & spare.
This establishment seems of the place to dispatch elders away as if they were forgotten remnants and recieve the substandard, inadequate care and professionalism to match.
Upon arrival & visiting my mother one evening, i and my wife waited ten minutes to be buzzed in or recognized & greeted at the door.
but rest assured i myself deal and have worked in this field for quite sometime.

Now Grandpa needs rehab and for the third time he choose Royal suites. They all remembered us from when Gram was here. Dr Catalina is very thorough. When we visit we also look forward s to seeing our nurse and tech friends as well as Gramps.
What we recived in responce from staff was just fill it out when you arrive back and we find the paper work!! Seriously, great security protocols & measures.

Worked here as a nurse through agency. Love this place. Staff is great and the new remodeling is beautiful. I travel a lot of places. This is my favorite
Although i can not speak for all staff thier were a few with courtesy & professional mannerisms and met the patients needs.
This place is the pits! Over crowded and nasty rooms. My father never got his breakfast and it's 2:19 pm! I wouldn't recommend this place... I thought I did my research too... very upset!
And a message for Royal Suites Healthcare & Rehabilitation, when you consider elderly a sorce of funding and nothing more shown through the services provided & rendered.
While entering the premises, the floor nurse was crass, rude & unattentive while not having the proper paper work for us to visit or even take our mother off the property for that matter, which we did per thier orders while filling nor having to show any credentials.
And there have been days where she was not served food hence eaten, this could be hearsay per our mother due to medical conditions, but the condition we saw her room in and the basic provisions she is provided was terrible & moot at best.
You have been given notice and will most likely hear from our family lawyer.
