If I could give less than one star I would. The staff is immature, rude, arrogant, and take personal jabs. They excuse the fact they are not keeping towels, toilet paper, and other amenities properly stacked because "guests steal it"(?!) Or because "it's summer" (?!). Highly unprofessional excuses to perform below acceptable. I personally had felt bullied and been told there was some kind of complaint, yet the accuser is conveniently already gone. How can anyone go to a spa and be told to cover themselves while in the steam room?! Or have their wine either stolen, or thrown away with no explanation and then have some 20 year old manager act like it was the guest's fault?! I was punished for expressing dissatisfaction by being labeled "disruptive" even tho I never raised my voice or said any bad words. Was threatened with banning for everyone to hear because I felt they were being rude to me and targeting me and my guests. Never mind I've been going there 10 years, much longer than these girls have been working there because they were probably in high school. My freedom of speech was basically trampled because the staff could not handle what I had to say, and they were not afraid to hit below the belt. Mani-pedis are terrible. Do not last. Overrated all the way! And when I asked for corporate number, I was told to get it myself. Unbelievably out of line for reasons I am yet to understand. I only know I will never set foot in this place again. They need more mature people who can handle criticism without falling apart and becoming passive aggressive and even accusatory to guests. I'm in shock!
I absolutely loved my experience at Red Door Seaview. The facility is lovely. My technician was very professional. I had the Stress Reduction package, and it did just that -- totally reduced my stress. I look forward to coming back to Red Door at Seaview again soon.
GREAT experience. The Spa is gorgeous, clean and extremely relaxing. Jamaica gave the best massage I have ever had and actually put me to sleep. Thank you for making my birthday awesome!
I scheduled a Deep Tissue massage. My massage was fabulous. However, we came early to use the spa amenities such as the hot tub, sauna, etc. We came in the morning. The hot tub was not hot and wasn't turned on. The attendant found the maintenance man who fixed it and in an hour got the hot tub hot. I feel if you're having customers in the morning everything should be ready upon their arrival. Everything else was fine.
"Dan gave the best Swedish massage I have ever had, and I normally get one once a month. Jessica looked at my skin and told me exactly what was wrong with it. Also her facial was extremely relaxing and she took the time out to explain everything she was doing and using. I wish I didn't live 2 1/2 hours away. Because I would come back. I suggest if you are staying here, you go pamper yourself with Dan and Jessica. "
