What a wonderful concept! Peaceful, relaxing, quiet with no children other than the ones that occasionally visit. I love watching the two swans swim across the lake during sunset. I love it here! The people in the community are the nicest you would ever want to meet and they are constantly having me over for "get togethers". A single female, this is a super safe environment and is very peaceful. Zero property tax and no school age children living here couples nicely with the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Great job!
My husband Danny and I have lived at Swan Lake Resort now for a month We could not be happier. It is so beautiful and peaceful. The residents and the people who run the resort are friendly and helpful. The owner is really trying to make Swan Lake one of the best places to live.
What a beautiful and breathtaking place! While I don't live here I am a nearby home owner and I just can't believe the changes since the new owner took over. What was once a blemish on the township has now become a utopian sanctuary.
