I am a day 1 customer here. I loved when it was "The Bank" it felt like a small community bank. everyone knew your name, everyone was kind, courteous, and professional. I recently came into the Galloway Fulton Bank to make a deposit and I never felt so uncomfortable in my entire life. No one said "hello", they more looked agitated because it was near closing. This teller and her co-worker kept staring at me with a smirk as if something was funny. They were not friendly at all. Stephanie is still there, she's awesome but she wasn't there at the time. The rest of the staff, rude. I'm even considering moving my business elsewhere because I don't want the same experience again.
